Monitoring & Rebooting

Controlling a Virtual Private Server can be a challenging task. And this is where our Managed Services offer can help you out. With it, your VPS server will be added to our custom server monitoring system, which will keep track of all the crucial processes. And in case of a service crash, our sysadmins will be informed right away and they will fix the issue as fast as possible.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup of all your data is highly recommended – you never know when something would go wrong. And using our Managed Services deal, you can enjoy weekly backups of your entire VPS, not just of your data, without you needing to set up or configure anything. What’s more all the backups will be held on a server with e set of RAID–configured hard disk drives. It means that your content will always be safe and sound, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server provides you with an almost endless number of options, you will often need to install additional software packages. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It’s an integral part of our Managed Services package, which entitles you to demand any of our expert sysadmins to install any kind of software program and to resolve any problem that you’re experiencing with your virtual server.

Our Managed Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. It’s an add–on for our KVM VPS Plans.
